In 1996, upon connecting to the internet, I became the co-president of US Chapter of Dolls International Prestige Collectors Club, Founded in Italy.
In 2001, I launched a new website "Texas Doll Designs" and began customizing more than cats. I have made fairies, fashion dolls, trailer trash and drag queens.

As a single household, my life revolves around Dolls & Dance! I still have inventory of dolls to sell check out the site for sales
As a native of Texas, when I began designing fancy felines for fun in 1998, I had no idea where it would lead me. PurrFashion Designs began in l998 by
accident when I made a cat doll from a scarred vintage Francie. Cats have always had a special appeal because of my dance background and my love for the
broadway production CATS. I was the Owner/Director of the Dance Centre Academy and Body Designs Dancewear (retail store) for 40 years.
The uniqueness of my white faced cats and kittens was recognized in print and soon became my trademark. In 2001, I was a featured artist in Jim Faraone's
Fashion Doll Makeover Book 4 and in 2002 the Ultimate FDM Tips From the Experts book. In April 2004, I was featured in an article in the International
Magazine: "Doll and Teddy Bear Advertiser".
Eventually I began working with the smaller 'kelly' dolls specializing in ballerinas, fashion, art deco, bunnies and sprites. I have donated to conventions,
charities and participated in swaps. I've attended several National Barbie Doll Conventions and in 2003 the lst annual Fashion Doll Makeover
International Convention. Followed by many more years of attending that one! I was the moderator for a customizing group called Designers of Lil Folks.
I loved working with dolls, selling and collecting dolls. I also enjoy website designing and management and have built over 50 sites for fellow artists and friends.
The doll makeover industry really grew quickly and I'm happy to say I was a part of that!
